Our Policy
Becky OH! makes handmade stylish handbags with beautiful fabrics. We strive to blend art and utility.
We believe in independent design, art and business.
We believe independent designers can create products that are useful, fashionable and unique with quality and worth that surpasses mass-produced items.
We are constantly looking, seeing, feeling & creating and we love what we do.

Unique
Pattern placement on each bag is unique so that where the design falls on any given handbag may differ from the item on this site. Because of this everything we make is individual.

Ordering
Orders can be submitted by email, fax, mail or phone. Please include all your information when corresponding. We will fax or email you the confirmation receipt within 1 business day.

Gift Certificates
Please supply us with the name, address and amount you would like to give and we will happily send a stylish gift certificate to a lucky recipient.

Gift Wrap
A beautiful gift box and ribbon tied package is only $6. Styles can been seen here, ribbon may vary.

Brides and Bridal party
Thinking of a coordinating bag to go with your dress or wedding party? We welcome your special requests and have put a smile on the face of many discriminating brides.

Custom
If there is a style or fabric that interests you, please reference the handbag name and # when inquiring about a custom bag. We buy limited quantities of fabrics and some may not be available to us anymore.
We are more than happy to email you fabric choices, meet you in person with swatches or invite you to the studio to put together exactly what you want.
For custom orders a non-refundable deposit of 1/2 of fee is required before production starts; the balance payment to be made prior to the shipment.

Delivery
Approximately 3 weeks for custom work, less than 7 days for items in stock. If this is a rush order, please let us know and we may be able to accommodate you. International orders vary by country.

Payment Methods
You may use your Visa, Master Card, Discover Card or Paypal account on our secure shopping cart.

Shipping
Orders within the United States will be shipped by USPS Priority mail with delivery conformation unless requested otherwise.
The following cost will be added at checkout:
Under $35 - $5.00
$36 - $135 - $6.50
$135 - $300 - $10.50
International orders are welcome and will be shipped by Global Priority mail.
A flat rate of $15 will be added at checkout and additional shipping charges will be calculated for individual orders and countries.

Return Policy
No returns accepted. These are unique and handmade items. Any defective merchandise will be replaced or credited without handling or shipping charges.

Privacy Policy
Becky OH! will never sell, trade or give away your private information to anyone. Your name, address, credit card number, and all other personal information is absolutely confidential. We do not keep your personal information on file and only maintain an email list for those who have chosen to receive it.

Wholesale
To inquire about carrying BECKY OH! original handbags and purses in your store, please provide us your name, phone number, address and store information. Email us at info@beckyoh.com

Press
We are happy to provide high-resolution images and copy about Becky OH! to the media and members of press organizations.
Please contact us with your requirements (file format, resolution, etc.) and we'll do our best to fulfill your request as soon as possible.
